We have had to close the doors to new swim members to swim on our course at Sweethope with H2oTrails.
If you sign up you will be a member but not able to book our regular swims for now.
We seen a crazy (GOOD) amount of new lovely swim friends to join us at Sweethope and reaching nearly 600 members now.
WE WILL open them again I promise but this is for us to catch up and manage but also free up waiting lists.

WHY DO WE SWIM OUTSIDE?
Turning up to a new outdoor swimming spot is much more stimulating & invigorating than simply going into the local indoor pool for another wall to wall 60 laps. By searching for new and unexplored places, you’ll add a sense of adventure and reward to your workout.
Its been proven that subjecting yourself to cold water swimming has some massive health benefits.
So time in the open water either cold or mid season when its above 16*c can reduce stress levels and reduce your risk of developing depression and mental illness.
We all need release and we all need that connection to ourselves.
Swimming outdoors is the best.
