HOW TO SWIM WITH US
To swim with us at Higham you have a few options:
Experienced Outdoor Swimmers can book sign up as a member and once given the all clear can book the regular daily swims
New to Outdoor Swimming?
Then we want to keep you safe, to do this we require either a Group Introduction or a
121 Lesson to gives you all the information to keep you safe and happy in the water.
(There is a lot more to it than you think!)
Ice Swimming
With chief coach Fenwick Ridley we specialise in Ice Swimming adaptation and training. You can join the friendly group of Winter dippers after a winter swimming workshop. Leading on to a

We swim all year round!
