• Swam/walk/fell from Newcastle to Kielder up the north Tyne clocking 60+ miles on an adventure swim.

• Swam across Hooker Glacier at 0.3*c with Icebergs in New Zealand 

• Swam Across Lake bunyonyi uganda

• 14 lakes, loughs, tarns completed in the Lake District

• Swam 2.9k in 2.5*c in skins (swim trunks)

• RedBull Neptune Steps 2017, 2018, 2019

• Won 5x 1st places @ Scottish Winter Swimming Championships in total 2019/2020

• Coast 2 Coast Swimming Spots Following Roman Wall

• Welsh Winter Swim came first in all events

• 10K Swim Personal Best 2hr 16min 

• Completed lots of 10k marathon swim events

• Completed too many 3.8k swim events

• In 2017 swam just under 400 mile in open water
