WINTER SWIMMING WORKSHOP 
{2hr Workshop}
Dryside classroom lesson first in the H2o House at Higham Lakes then a dip in the lake if you like.
Learning with a professional TeamGB Ice Swimmer Fenwick Ridley. 
ALL attending must be signed up as a member at H2oTrails on the day

We’re so excited to invite you to our first full winter at our beautiful new venue! Since we moved in March, we've been waiting to experience the real winter chill here—and now we get to do it with you!
We’ll have a cozy indoor space with a warm log burner, a bit of film on the projector, and a fascinating science chat about the benefits of cold water immersion.
We’ll go over gear, share experiences from Fenwick Ridley, and of course, finish it all off with a refreshing swim.
We’ll have hot drinks and snacks on hand, but you’re welcome to bring a little extra. Come join us and make this winter swim season one to remember!
Winter swimming is very achievable with our professional support and guidance and hey - there is also sauna to book this winter to help those tougher days.
 
With no experience of winter swimming you will need to attend this or the online workshop to go on this journey with us - and so if you have experience you will be able to continue booking swims when we drop near 10°c.
