• 2 night stay at the Riverdale Hall Hotel in Northumberland. Included Meals: All meals on Saturday + breakfast on Sunday. You are welcome to purchase your own meal Friday night.​

• Welcome Winter Workshop - to establish our group of swimmers and expectations for the weekend. Whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned winter swimmer we want to make sure you have an incredible weekend with us. This will also include a safety briefing. 

​

• Cold Barrel Experience - We'll be testing the icey waters in a controlled environment whilst talking about the science behind winter swimming and the incredible things our bodies are doing as we enter such cold temperatures.

 

• Lake Swim - Taking a swim in our incredible private venue in Northumberland. Experience the cold water with solace amongst the trees and if you're lucky we may even have the chance for an ice experience. Our venue is one of the coldest in England and there is a possibility it could be frozen over in time for the gathering.....but we can't promise. Our venue Sweethope sits 240m up above sea level and is only 12ft deep at the deepest.

• River Swim - Situated right by your hotel stay is a river that runs alongside it. We will be leading a guided swim there if conditions allow.

• Stroke Analysis with Coach and GB Ice Swimmer Fenwick Ridley - the opportunity for some pool analysis in the comforts of the hotel you'll be staying in. This will be as part of a group session. Fenwick has been coaching as a pool and open water coach for 20+ years, he is also a competing ice swimmer so this is your chance to get some tips from one of the best swimmers great britain has to offer.

• Film Night showing "The Ice Mile" with our very own Becca Harvey - An after dinner treat to settle in and watch the award winning film by Rachel Sarah. This will also follow with an intimate chat about winter, ice swimming and any questions you may have.

• Sauna & Dip Session - A session held at our Northumberland venue with Fenwick who is a qualified Sauna Master. This will be more of a relaxation session to have a final wind down by the lake in Northumberland before parting ways. 

​

• Optional wetsuit & tow float hire for the weekend - You can book this ahead of time and we can get you fitted on the Friday night before any swims. 

• ​

• TRAVEL - We will be able to offer free pickup at Hexham Train station 30min from venue on the Friday afternoon around 4 - 5pm with our minibus to those not driving, and we will then take care of transport from hotel to swims on the weekend and again can offer drop off in Hexham at the end around 2pm.

• PLEASE BE AWARE we do have 16 places for minibus so its important to get in touch to put your name down.
